The Department intends to return the property to the Federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM).This disposal of property by the Department is authorized by AS 02.15.070.The subject property is Native Allotment F-18532, Parcel B within U.S. Survey 4101. The Department has determined the allotment is not needed for the airport-s maintenance and/or operation and is not needed for a public purpose. The physical file of the proposal is available for public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Right of Way Section, 2720 Picket Place (west side of Peger Rd.), Fairbanks, Alaska.
