The purpose of the hearing is to provide public comments on a request from the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska (the “City and Borough of Juneau”), the Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska (the “Ketchikan Gateway Borough”), and the City of Whittier, Alaska (the “City of Whittier”) that the Bond Bank issue up to $14,650,000 principal amount of the Bond Bank-s General Obligation Bonds, 2025 Series Two (AMT) (the “Bonds”) for the purposes of (1) refunding certain outstanding bonds previously issued by the Bond Bank, the proceeds of which were used to make loans to the City and Borough of Juneau for projects located at 470 and 510 South Franklin Street, Juneau, Alaska 98801 (the “Juneau Project”); (2) loaning proceeds to the Ketchikan Gateway Borough to financ...
