The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Allen Minish, Carrie Aronson, & Greg Jurek to eliminate a portion of the common boundary between Lots 4 & 5 and Lots 9 & 10, Block 1 of Chitina Valley View Subdivision II, Plat 88-17 Chitina Recording District; and replat said lots to facilitate the proposed 2024 Chitina Valley View II Subdivision. This replat is located in Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 5 East, Copper River Meridian, AK.The public hearing will be held via teleconference at 11:00am on July 24, 2025.
