Project/Activity: Establish Youth Residential Psychiatric Treatment Facility Project Applicant: Providence Health & Services Project/Activity Service Area: Municipality of Anchorage Project Description: Providence Health & Services plans to establish the Providence Youth Behavioral Health Center, a new Residential Psychiatric Treatment Center for youth ages 12-17, that will add 16 beds. Project Estimated Cost: $90,000 Project Estimated Completion Date: Spring 2026 In accordance with 7 AAC 07.042, notice is hereby given that any person planning to submit a Certificate of Need application for a similar activity in the same proposed service area must submit a Letter of Intent to the Department no later than 4:30 PM, Monday, January 5, 2026, so that the Department may prepare to conduct a concurrent review of all applications.
