It provides notice that a Regional Manager-s Decision was signed and issued only.In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a decision to issue a private, non-exclusive easement to ACS of the Northland, LLC for a 25-year term. The easement authorizes the use of approximately 0.6 acres of State land for the continued use and maintenance of a buried telephone line on the uplands of Point Baker, Alaska within Section 1, Township 64 South, Range 75 East; Section 6, Township 64 South, Range 76 East; and Section 31, Township 63 South, Range 76 East, Copper River Meridian.An eligible person affected by this decision, and who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony to the department, may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
