The easement authorizes the use of approximately 0.92 acres of State land for the construction and maintenance of a right-of-way access road along the uplands of Haines, Alaska, approximately 1.25-miles northwest of Haines Airport, within NW ¼ Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 59 East, Copper River Meridian.
