It provides notice that a Regional Manager's Decision (RMD) was signed and issued. In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a RMD to authorize a private, non-exclusive easement to applicant Zachary Miller for a 25-year term. The RMD and easement authorizes the use of approximately 0.91 acres of State land for the installation and maintenance of a hydroelectric project on state-owned uplands, tidelands and submerged lands in Elfin Cove, Alaska, within S 1/2 Section 25, Township 42 South, Range 55 East, Copper River Meridian.An eligible person affected by this decision, and who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony to the department, may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
