It provides notice that a lease renewal decision was signed and issued only.In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a decision to renew a non-competitive tideland lease to Johnson Trust doing business as (dba) Gull Cove Re, LLC, for a 10-year term. The lease authorizes the use of approximately 0.16 acres of state land for the continued use and maintenance of a floating dock installed on the tidelands in Gull Cove, Alaska, within S ½ Section 19, Township 42 South, Range 57 East, Copper River Meridian.An eligible person affected by this decision, and who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony to the department, may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
