It provides notice that a Preliminary Decision (PD) was signed and issued only.In accordance with AS 38.05.075(c), the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a PD to issue a non-competitive tideland lease to applicant Dennis Montgomery dba South Passage Outfitters, LLC, for a renewed 10-year term. The lease authorizes the use of approximately 0.3 acres of state-owned tide and submerged lands in Gull Cove, Alaska; for the continued use of a commercial floating dock and boardwalk.An eligible person affected by this decision, and who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony to the department, may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
