The lease authorizes the use of approximately 0.45 acres of State-owned tide and submerged land for the continued use of a dock and associated items for a sport fishing lodge within NW ¼ Section 25, Township 42 South, Range 55 East, Copper River Meridian, in Elfin Cove, Alaska.An eligible person affected by this decision, and who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony to the department, may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
