The Library of Congress, Contracts and Grants Directorate, has awarded a sole-source firm fixed price contract to the American Library Association. The work to be performed under the contract will be performed at the following location: Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia, PA.
The period of performance is 5/1/2025 - 7/15/2025. This contract is valued at an amount below the simplified acquisition threshold (defined as $250,000 and below), but above $25,000 (the public notice threshold). The work shall consist of the following:
The Library of Congress (Library) requires short-term rental space for its exhibit booth at the American Library Association (ALA) annual conference 2025 in the Philadelphia Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA.

This announcement constitutes the only public notice, proposals are not being requested from other parties and a written solicitation will not be issued. This public notice accomplishes the following:1. Notice of the Library's sole source award of this requirement to the business listed herein;2.
