The National-Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole-source Purchase Order (PO) to Ascendant Program Services, 2 Wisconsin Cir, Chevy Chase, MD 20815. The requirement is to provide construction services, installing new flooring in the areas that have been damaged and patch and paint at the Arizona Storage Facility. Due to the aging of the facility that has not been updated in over 30 years.
The anticipated period of performance is September 2025 - March 2026.
