Description
This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide design, fabrication, and installation of wall displays for the Headquarters of the United States Department of the Army (HQDA), Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA)/Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA)/Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-1 organization, henceforth referred to as the M&RA/G-1 Front Office and Pentagon 9/11 Wall Displays.
M&RA and G-1 have wall displays—regulated by Army Regulation AR 870-20—in the Pentagon-s Exterior E Ring which commemorates the history of the U.S Army. The Exterior E Ring is a high-trafficked area, and the displays are designed to directly benefit morale, cohesion, understanding, and diversity amongst different audiences which includes current HQDA personnel soldiers and staff, aspiring and current functional area officers, Pentagon military and civilian personnel, and the general public. Specifically, the Front Office and Pentagon 9/11 wall displays—which were installed over 20 years ago—are outdated. The Army requires modernization of these walls displays in order to continue attracting and engaging audiences, and to parallel the aesthetic of other more modern Army wall displays in the E Ring.
