Description
This notice is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The purpose of this notice is to announce the United Sates Coat Guard's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase order with E-9 Corporation at 1000 N. Highland Street, Arlington, VA 22201 for the purpose of utilizing the fire department management software.

The Government intends to negotiate solely with E-9 Corporation, per FAR 13.106(b)(1), as no other source of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
