Description
The United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), 10 U.S.C. 2304(f), and FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items to Syntonics, located at 7430 Merritt Park Drive, Suite 140, Manassas, Virginia 20109. The requirement is to provide maintenance support on FORAX (RF over IP) support. Syntonics are the manufacturer of the FORAX a loss-free link between the radio and the antenna.

They are the subject matter experts for this purchase due to Syntonics LLC designing and manufacturing the FORAX. If this contract is not awarded, it will put all the National Military Command Center Communications Mission in a Hazardous Condition posture. We would not be able to provide a reliable and effective Command and Control requirement. Our Mission is to provide to all our mission partners a 24n HF communications service.

Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received. Interested parties may express interest and provide a capability statement no later than 22 July 2025, 09:00 AM Arizona Time (Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
