The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price for six (4) months for Linen Supply and Laundry Services, effective November 1st, 2025 to February 28, 2026. Applicable authority, FAP Part 813.106-1(b) Simplified Acquisition Procedures: Soliciting from a Single Source. Applicable NAICS: 812320, Drycleaning and Laundry Services.
This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Due to the continuation of need it has been determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.
