The application proposes the following:The withdrawal of up to 33,436 gallons/day from January 1st through December 31st each year from a drilled well, approximately 150 feet deep, located within the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 26, Township 13 North, Range 10 West, Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, in Beluga.The proposed purpose of use is for gas exploration, operations, and facilities management within the H Pad Site of the Beluga River Oil & Gas Unit.Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections.
