Herning Avenue, Wasilla, Alaska 99654, applied for a permit to appropriate water on January 28, 2019. The application proposes the following:The withdrawal of up to 374,301 combined gallons/day year-round from two drilled wells, 165 and 176 feet deep, located within the portion of MSB Tax Parcel B5 south of W. Mystery Ave, further located within the NE1/4SW1/4 of Section 5, Township 17 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian, Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.The proposed purpose and area of use is a public water supply to be utilized within the legal boundaries of the City of Wasilla.
