Description
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to use the procedures of FAR Part 13.501(a) to award a fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to CRISIL IREVNA US LLC for subscription to proprietary research and data related to market structure and technology including areas of fixed income, equities, and market data and analytics. CRISIL-s data and research is the only content that has been identified to fully meet the SEC-s requirement and the content is proprietary; therefore, it is not possible for another source to meet this requirement.
The total estimated value of the contract is below the dollar threshold specified in FAR 13.5 for the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The anticipated period of performance of the contract is a Base Year and four Option Years. The SEC anticipates awarding a purchase order to CRISIL IREVNA US LLC on or about September 4, 2025.
This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
