The National Park Service (NPS), Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the replacement of deteriorated gutter systems on 12 buildings at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area, Locations in KY and TN, to prevent structural damage and protect public assets.TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price100% small business set-aside procurement.The NAICS code is 238170 and the size standard is $19 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to between $25,000 and $100,000.Period of Performance 6/16/2025 to 9/16/2025SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
