This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Request for Quote (RFQ) 12FPC125Q0009 is assigned to this requirement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02. This requirement is set-aside for small business under NAICs code 811121 with a size standard of $8M in annual receipts.
Quotes are being solicited on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis for upfit/modification for US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Missouri State Office 2024 Mercedes Sprinter Van from its original state to a mobile office. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance is estimated as beginning on the date of award. The Government desires completion of services by 31 May 2025. Interested parties should propose realistic delivery date as part of the quote.
Quotes must include one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) for supplies and services required to upfit/modify the van to a fully functional condition as a mobile office and one (1) FFP for towing to and one (1) FFP for towing from the awardee-s facility. The truck is currently located at USDA NRCS Missouri State Office, 601 Business Loop, 70 West, Columbia, MO 65203.
