NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThis notice is being published in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 04 intends to solicit on a sole-source basis to Miller-Remick, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide construction period services (CPS) and site visits during construction of project 503-21-101 Primary Care Conversion to PACT at Altoona VA Medical Center. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii)(A).The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541330 with a small business size Standard of $25.5 million. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes or proposals. No contract award will be made based on quotations or proposals received in response to this notice. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to Amanda.Murphy5@va.gov no later than September 12th, 2025 at 4:00 PM (ET). A determination not to compete the requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in responses to this notice. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Government will not pay for information provided in response to this notice.
