Description
This pre-solicitation notice is to inform you that the VA Medical Center, Buffalo, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about July 22, 2025, for EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. Project No. 528-25-115 The Buffalo VAMC campus needs exterior campus improvements. This project aims to address items that need repair or replacement. The following are included in this project and will be explained in greater detail in the SOW that will be included in the solicitation: Site Landscaping and Concrete Cleaning, Electrical Improvements, Civil Improvements, and Flagpole Replacement.The Period of Performance for the total effort will not exceed 365 calendar days. Independent of the not to exceed period of performance, the Contractor shall comply with the individual relative and absolute timelines identified in the SOW.The Contractor is responsible for submitting a detailed schedule that includes all initial preparations and administrative work and must also show associated predecessor and successor logic associated with all tasks performed under this contract.The NAICS code is 238990 - All other specialty trade contractors. The small business standard is $19.0 M. The cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the solicitation and is estimated to be on or about 7/29/2025. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
