This announcement constitutes the only announcement; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion or make no award from this solicitation. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this announcement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.Project Magnitude: between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. Completion time is 1092 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 02, is soliciting proposals from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to upgrade the existing boiler plant.
