- This is an amendment to a previously posted Sources Sought Notice for the Replace Chiller #4 design project at the James J. Peters DVA Medical Center, Bronx, NY 10468.
This amendment changes the due date of SF330 packages to Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 2PM EST. All SF330 packages should be emailed directly to the CO, Patricia Cordero, at Patricia.Cordero@va.gov. All other information remains the same.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Unless paper offers are specifically authorized in an individual solicitation, all responses to solicitations must be submitted electronically as described below. Responses submitted in a paper form are unacceptable.
