1) Solicitation 12444825Q0010 has been reopened for quotes. As per Amendment 0001, contractors must submit their offers in accordance with the provision instructions identified on the May 15, 2025, Amendment 0001 posting.
Offers will NOT be evaluated or considered if the Contractor does not submit their offers IAW FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023). These requirements were posted on May 15, 2025, as Amendment 0001 and can be found below this posting.
Offerors shall submit their offer to Patrick Jones, by email at patrick.jones2@usda.gov by 11:59 PM ET, June 13, 2025. It is the Offerors responsibility to confirm the Contract Specialist-s receipt of the offer.
