THIS IS A SYNOPSIS FOR A COMMERCIAL OFF THE SHELF ITEM. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES A PRE-SOLICITATION FOR SPE4A625R0306. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AT THIS TIME FOR PR 7011938241 SPE4A625R0306.
THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED PRICED CONTRACT AND MAY USE FAR PART 12 COMMERCIAL PROVISIONS/CLAUSES AS THE ACQUISITIONS HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS COMMERICAL OF THE SHELF.
