The United States Marine Corps intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) rentals in support of Exercise Freezing Winds. The requirement is for host-nation compliant vehicles in Vaernes Garrison, Norway and Dragsvik Garrison, Finland during the following periods of performance:
Vaernes Garrison, Norway: 24 September 2025 - 9 January 2026
Dragsvik Garrison, Finland: 14 October 2025 - 15 December 2025
Vehicle Requirements:
Vaernes Garrison, Norway: • 6 × 9-PAX Passenger Vans • 2 × 4x4 Mid-Size SUVs • 2 × 4x4 Pick-Up Trucks
Dragsvik Garrison, Finland: • 6 × 9-PAX Passenger Vans • 3 × 4x4 Mid-Size SUVs • 2 × 4x4 Pick-Up Trucks
Additional Requirements:
All vehicles must have valid Norwegian or Finnish license plates and comply with host-nation laws and regulations.
Contractor shall provide full insurance coverage (liability, collision, theft, comprehensive) in accordance with host-nation laws.
Vehicles shall include roadside assistance, snow tires/chains, and local maintenance support.
Unlimited mileage is required.
Vehicles must be delivered with full fuel tanks and replaced within 24 hours in the event of breakdown.
