Description:
Scope of the works: The project consists in the remodeling of an existing office space located in the 3rd level of the José E. Aponte de la Torre del Municipality of Carolina building, which will be occupied by the Carolina region of the administration for the support of minors (assume). The offices consist of about 8,830 ft² and in the distribution of space are the following spaces: reception, waiting areas, areas for cubicles, conference rooms, dining room, kitchen, court room, file rooms, breastfeeding room, data room and several individual offices. All work items included in the project will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the auction specifications and its complementary tender documents. These works do not contemplate the impact of regulated materials to execute the service: two hundred forty (240) calendar days.
