1.0 BACKGROUND
The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (PRIHS) is in need of six (6) adult Board eligible or Board-certified NP/PA-C services for the Out-Patient department. The Out-Patient Department is experiencing an insufficient amount of permanent government employees therefore, contract support is essential.
2.1 OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this project is to secure direct patient care services of six (6) adult Board eligible or Board-certified NP or PA-C for 5 weekdays working 8-10 hour shifts each day and 1 Sunday or Holiday working 5-hour shift over the course of the contract. Please see Performance Work Statement for additional performance requirements.
2.0 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
The Contractor will be required to provide up to six (6) adult ) adult Board eligible or Board-certified NP or PA-C to the Pine Ridge Hospital.
3.0 TYPE OF ORDER
This is a firm fixed price purchase order.
4.0 ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
