This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C10G25Q0059.This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being conducted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Non-Expendable Equipment National Program has a requirement to purchase Powered Air-purifying Respirators to deliver patient care at its VA Medical Centers around the country. All respirators shall meet the requirements of ATTACHMENT I_PRODUCT DESCRIPTION_PAPR.
