This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice
The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) intends to issue a services solicitation for the NY National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion Support Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government anticipates posting the solicitation and the PWS to the SAM.gov website (at https://sam.gov) within 5 days of this Pre-Solicitation.
The Government intends to issue the solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 561990 and size standard is 17,000,000. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
All the RFQ and its amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for the solicitation and any amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will NOT be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Firms interested in submitting offers must be current registered in the System for Award Management, complete the entire solicitation document to include representations and certifications, provisions, and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, to be eligible for contract award. The award may be made without discussions. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
