This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote {RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. The solicitation number is W912PQ-25-Q-A032 for a firm-fixed-price services purchase order for Support Services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the NYARNG recruiting and Retention Battalion under NAICS 561990.
This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Evaluation of Offers-Simplified Acquisition Procedures attached: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
The following shall be used to evaluate offers:
All pricing must be provided for; this requirement will not be split. If something left blank quote will not be considered. Provide pricing for CLIN 0001, 0002, and 0004 (based on the anticipated media budget listed on CLIN 0003 $108,000.00).
