Contract will be awarded to the apparent low offer that meets the requirements listed in this solicitation posting and attached RFQ, PWS, and Feeding schedule.
52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.
Offeror/Quote must meet all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104.
The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers.
Menu-s are attached to the sam.gov posting in the ‘NYARNG 21 Day Catering Menu- quotes must conform to all aspects of the RFQ, PWS, Menu (including special dietary meals or allergy-s listed), and feeding schedule attached.
