This is a sources sought for market research purposes only. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the capability and capacity to perform ship repair services on U.S. Navy surface ships located within U.S. territories in the Caribbean, including but not limited to:
Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
Ponce, Puerto Rico
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
Note: 10 U.S. Code § 8680 is applicable to this sources sought notice.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to submit a capability statement that includes the following information:
