Amendment 2
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:
Remove subsection referencing a System for Award Management (SAM) registration being required. The due date for requests for information has been adjusted from 8 August 2025 to 6 October 2025 at 7:30 AM CDT. The due date for revised quotes has been adjusted from 20 August 2025 to 14 October 2025 at 7:30 AM CST. Update Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics to remove the “or equal” verbiage. Under Technical Acceptability, include a subparagraph requesting vendors be a certified boatvendor, and are capable of providing a maintenance location within 250 miles of Grand Forks AFB, ND. - Documents:
