This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, Solicitation 75H70125R00030, for GIS Support Services for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHI). This procurement is for a single-award IDIQ contract to provide support for the implementation of GIS within the OEHE Program through tasks including, but not limited to, development and maintenance of feature service schemas, quality assurance/quality control, policy and guideline development support, apps and tool development, maintenance of the portal sites page, technical support, resource development, and training. This project will be procured as a total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541370 Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services with a size standard of $19 million.
A tiered evaluation is anticipated to be used. This tiered evaluation will consider proposals from ISBEE-s first, Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs) second, and all other small businesses third.
The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation in April 2025 with proposals due at least 30 calendar days after solicitation issuance. This date is subject to change. A full scope of work, will be included in the solicitation documents. Hard copy documents will NOT be available - all documents for proposal purposes will be posted at www.sam.gov for download by interested parties.
TERO: TERO fees do not apply.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is anticipated to be a base year and four option years. A total of 5 years.
CONTRACT TYPE: The IHS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract in support of this requirement.
