This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to award NSN 1615-01-113-0227, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPE4A1-25-G-0008. All terms and conditions of your proposal must be in accordance with those of SPE4AX-25-G-0008 and will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. In reply, please reference Solicitation Number SPRRA1-25-R-0035. The Government requests your best pricing and delivery terms based on a one-time buy quantity of four (4) each with delivery to Tinker AFB, OK, 73145-8000.
This requirement has been advertised as a Contract Opportunity on the SAM.gov website for viewing by the general public. If another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate that supplier.
The acquisition specialist and point of contact for this solicitation would like to draw your attention to some of the requirements of this solicitation along with information that will be detailed in the attachments:• Contractor First Article Test (FAT) IS required.• FAT unit shall NOT be retained as a material standard. Test item will NOT be destroyed as part of testing.• Flight Safety/Critical Safety Item (CSI) IS required.• Production Lot Testing (PLT) IS required.• SNRR Markings ARE required.• The Army Maintenance Management System - Aviation (TAMMS-A) is NOT required.• Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings ARE required IAW DFAR 252.211-7003©(1)(i).• Serial Numbering IS required.• Fit check is NOT required.• This is a One Time Buy (OTB).
The price and delivery proposed may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation. For non-commercial items exceeding the $2,000,000 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted. Any prior and official waivers or exceptions granted by the government and applicable to this NSN and solicitation that is cited in your response, must be included with the response.
