THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. The proposed follow-on contract action is for the leasing of office containers from Bluejacket Industries Materials, LLC for the VAMC Manchester facility for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority 13 CFR 121.406. Only one responsible source is suitable and readily available under NAICS 532490, FSC/PSC W099 and size standard of $40.0M. The proposed contractor is currently providing furnished office unit leasing services for the VAMC Manchester, NH. The aggregate costs for new units will include delivery, leveling, routine maintenance provided by the Vendor (IAW the lease agreement) and removal (return freight) is not a cost savings for the Government. Therefore, a sole source to Bluejacket Industries Materials, LLC to continue leasing its office container units at the VAMC Manchester facility is advantages to the Government immediate needs. Submit any responses within 5days of the posting of the notice of intent via email to:kathryn.avent-ortega@va.govNo solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 14:30 EST on 24 Jan 2025 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
