U.S. Embassy in Panama City has a requirement to procure OFFICE FURNITURE. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Site Visit: Bidders are encouraged to do a site visit on April 29, 2025 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. (Local Time). Interested offerors/quoters should email Roy Solis at least 24 hours prior, to INLPROCPANAMA@STATE.GOV indicating company name, complete name, and ID/Cedula number no later than April 28, 2025, 3:00 pm.
Attachment 1 - Layout: Please note that Attachment 1 is provided as a general guide to show available space. In addition to the site visit, the awarded contractor will do a final site visit to confirm all final measurements
