Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation/notice; quote/responsesare being requested and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. This is requirement is a non-personal services contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform office janitorial and park cleaning services at Lewisville Lake as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary state, free of litter, garbage, refuse, and excess debris in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations.
