Description
The 149th Fighter Wing requires a facility space equal to or greater than 8,000 square feet, capable of supporting both administrative and operational functions, and within a 5-mile diameter and less than 15 min drive from 3515 S General McMullen, San Antonio, TX 78226. Award will be based on lowest technically acceptable offer. Bids are required to be valid for 120 days. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Award Information: The 149th Fighter Wing is solely responsible for the evaluation and final award decision for this requirement. The 502d Contracting Squadron (502 CONS) is not the awarding authority for this solicitation.
