Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2):

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please identify the
Country of Origin for the items needed and the method of payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

Include all surcharges and delivery costs in final price of quote.

Include all part numbers and manufacturer.

(ii) The solicitation number for this is N0018925QTRAL and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
(iv) The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for rental services. The associated NAICS code is 531110 with a small business size standard of 34 (millions of dollars).

The Contractor shall provide the following deliverables:

Modular Office Space: One (1) modular office structure, measuring 60 feet by 24 feet (60' x 24'). The modular office must be comprised of multiple units joined and sealed together to create a single, contiguous office space. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring a watertight and weatherproof seal between the units. The modular office must contain three (3) individual offices within the larger 60' x 24' structure. The configuration of these offices within the larger space is subject to approval by the Government Technical Representative (GTR) prior to installation.
