Tender are invited for NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION DETERMINATIONOhlson & Bunnell Storm Drain (SRF CW Loan # 409431-S) andOhlson & Bunnell Water Main Replacement (SRF DW Loan # 409421-S)City of Homer, AlaskaThe Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation-s (Department) State Revolving Fund Program has conducted a review of the above referenced projects in accordance with the Operating Agreements between the Department and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for implementing the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF and DWSRF) loan programs. The Department has determined that these projects are eligible for Categorical Exclusion (CE) in accordance with 18 AAC 76.040 and 18 AAC 76.235. Accordingly, the Department is exempting the project from further environmental review requirements under the Department-s EPA-approved State Environmental Review Processes.The Storm Drain project will install storm drain in conjunction with a planned roadway improvement project.
