Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), has a requirement for Audit Management Services for its Office of Inspector General (OIG). DOT OIG is issuing this DRAFT REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) to obtain industry feedback, clarify market capabilities, and gather vendor questions prior to finalizing the solicitation for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Audit Management System (AMS).
This Draft RFQ is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a formal solicitation (RFQ) and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs incurred in preparing responses. Participation in the draft RFQ process is voluntary and does not guarantee participation in future solicitations.
