Standards: MIL-STD-1916 applies. Quality Management System (QMS): Higher Level Contract Quality System requirement. Suppliers must possess a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. First Article Testing (FAT): FAT will be required. FAT report due within 120 days of contract award. FAT shall be conducted per the requirements outlined in TDP 12468945, and shall include 100% inspection as defined in applicable Quality Assurance Provisions (QAPs).
