Luke AFB is seeking a vendor to provide routine maintenance of oil/water separators (OWS), grease traps, and lift stations. This work will also include pumping of any OWS, grease traps, lift stations or wastewater holding tanks. Please see the Performance Work Statement for operational items and additional service requirements. When submitting quotes please include all applicable costs. Award will be a base plus four option year contract. Please read the evaluation/instructions in FAR 52.212-2, section M. Please also be advised this is set-aside 100% WOSB. Contractors must be certified with the SBA as a WOSB to be eligible for award.
If a site visit is requested in regards to this solicitation, please send your request to Velma Wynn @ velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil and Sara Lackey @ sara.lackey.2@us.af.mil no later than 8 January 2025 by close of business so that is can be scheduled. Site visits will be scheduled 14 January - 16 January 2025.
All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Velma Wynn @ velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil and Sara Lackey @ sara.lackey.2@us.af.mil, no later than 17 January 2025 by 11:00 AM EST / 8:00 AM Arizona time. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response. Questions MUST only be sent to the points of contacts listed. Questions submitted to anyone other than the POC's will not be reviewed or answered. Questions will be answered as soon as possible, and all questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation so that all potential offerors are afforded the answers.
