This an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Elekta, Inc., 400 Perimeter Center TER NE Suite 50 Atlanta GA 30346 for OIS/MOSAIQ Software and Services will be posted to contracting opportunities from 10/7/2025 through 10/20/2025 under NAICS 541511 PSC DA01. The Vendor shall provide maintenance and service for OIS/MOSAIQ Software used in the Radiation Oncology Clinic. The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months beginning November 9, 2025, to November 8, 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option period. 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 10/20/2025 at 3:00 PM CST, to paul.dixon@va.gov .
