Description
This Special Notice is amended and is posted to inform potential offerors of an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Okinawa Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The RFP will be issued by the 18th Contracting Squadron and is anticipated to be released within the next 60-days.
This MACC is designated for the execution of a broad rand of projects, both on and off Military Bases, all throughout the country of Japan. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to design, manage and accomplish a range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects on Real Property.
Interested parties are encouraged to carefully review the forthcoming RFP and submit a comprehensive proposal that addresses all the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
