**Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend quote due date to 27 August 2024, no later than 1200 HRS Central Time Zone.**
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Scope of Work (S.O.W.) is to install a permanent horizontal lifeline system at Old Hickory Power Plant located in Hendersonville, TN.
PROJECT DESCIRPTION: The Contractor shall furnish materials, labor, and equipment to install permanent horizontal lifeline systems at Old Hickory Power Plant Project along upstream and downstream sides of the 275-ton overhead bridge crane. The horizontal lifeline shall accommodate four persons at a time. Product shall be equal to the Xenon fall protection system as manufactured by Miller / Honeywell Safety or approved equal. The system includes, but not be limited to, D-bolt anchors, shock absorbers, swageless cable fittings, intermediate support brackets, cable clips, thimble, anchor shackle, and fasteners.
DELIVERY DATE: 30 calendar days after notice of award.
TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside.
SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract.
